Job Overview:
As a Data Operations Associate, you will play a key role in supporting data quality and operational efficiency within the team. You will assist with various data-related tasks, contribute to process improvements, and help maintain accurate documentation. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in data quality and contribute to the overall effectiveness of the data operations team.
 
Responsibilities:
Assist in managing the Workfront queue to ensure timely completion and maintain clear communication throughout the process.
Perform data loads, reconciliations, data merges, deduplication, data profiling tasks, and audits.
Contribute to the ongoing improvement of data cleanup processes and efficiency. Support efforts to streamline data handling and enhance overall data operations practices.
Assist in creating and updating team documentation.
Provide support for Service Now tickets and Azure DevOps as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
 
Primary Skills:
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations and interact with team members across all levels of the organization.
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and prioritization skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
Ability to clearly communicate and explain complex data requirements to cross-functional teams.
Basic familiarity with database concepts and queries.
Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team.
 
Secondary Skills:
Basic knowledge of SQL writing/optimizing queries.
Experience with Alteryx or other ETL tools.
Experience with Dynamics CRM/365.
Experience working with a work queue program (Ticket system).
Minimum of 1 year in a Data Quality/Management/Operations role.
 
Qualifications:
BA/BS degree in technology or business or equivalent practical experience.
2+ years of proven customer service skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
