Job Overview/Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinic Administrator to lead and manage clinic operations. This role is integral to delivering an exceptional patient experience, promoting a culture of safety and inclusivity, and ensuring operational excellence through strong leadership and strategic management.

Responsibilities:

Primary Skills:

  • Leadership and staff supervision

  • Clinic administration and healthcare operations

  • Problem-solving, decision-making, and judgment

  • Budget and fiscal management

  • Human resource management and staff development

  • Effective communication and organizational skills

Secondary Skills (Good to Have):

  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance and reimbursement policies

  • Proficiency with data analysis and report generation

  • Understanding of quality control standards

  • Experience with healthcare software and IT systems

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree; OR

  • Associate’s degree with 4 years of relevant professional experience; OR

  • 8 years of relevant professional experience

Experience:

  • 5 years of leadership experience

  • Minimum of 2 years as a practice manager
