Job Overview/Summary:

We are seeking a driven and experienced Business Development Executive – Healthcare to lead client acquisition, partnership development, and strategic growth initiatives in the U.S. healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare staffing or healthcare technology solutions, an extensive network within hospitals, clinics, or healthcare systems, and a proven track record of closing deals and meeting revenue goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities in the healthcare sector (hospitals, health systems, medical groups, LTC facilities).

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.

  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers such as HR directors, procurement heads, and CXOs.

  • Deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.

  • Collaborate with the recruitment and delivery teams to ensure successful execution of client projects.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and potential areas for growth.

  • Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and conferences.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM systems.

Primary Skills:

  • Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills

  • In-depth knowledge of U.S. healthcare staffing or healthcare services industry

  • Ability to generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and networking

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

  • Strategic thinking and execution capabilities

Secondary Skills (Good to Have):

  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance and credentialing requirements (e.g., JCAHO, HIPAA)

  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot

  • Knowledge of healthcare IT solutions (e.g., EHR, telehealth, RCM)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field

  • 7+ years of experience in healthcare business development, staffing, or sales

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
