Job Overview/Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition and sales efforts in the USA market. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in business development, with a strong background in cold calling and a proven track record of lead generation. This remote role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage effectively with American clients and drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls to potential clients in the USA market to generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Identify and target new business opportunities in IT, Healthcare, Dental, BPO, or Staffing industries.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop effective lead generation and client acquisition strategies.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of client interactions, follow-ups, and deal progress.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and refine sales approaches.
Primary Skills:
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in cold calling and lead generation, preferably in the USA market.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a neutral accent for effective engagement with American clients.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software is a plus.
- High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
- Flexibility to work in USA time zones as needed.
