Job Summary:
We are actively seeking a Bridge Engineer II to join our team and contribute to major bridge projects throughout the Midwest. This role involves designing bridges in conjunction with road projects, inspecting major bridges, developing cost estimates and unique bridge specifications, and coordinating CADD design.
 
Responsibilities:
Design bridges, including steel and concrete beam bridge design, in conjunction with road projects.
Inspect major bridges in Michigan and the Midwest.
Develop cost estimates for bridge projects.
Create unique bridge specifications.
Perform some CADD design and coordinate design efforts with other team members.
 
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of bridge design experience.
Familiarity with MicroStation.
Proficiency with Windows Office Suite and BlueBeam.
Engineer in Training (EIT) or Professional Engineer (PE) certification.
Experience with LEAP and STADD software.
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE) with a focus on structural engineering.
