Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Badge Administrator II to join our team remotely. This entry-level role is perfect for someone who is self-driven and has a knack for customer service and minor troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will be able to handle multiple systems fluently and work independently.
 
Responsibilities:
Review physical access requests to facilities.
Provision pin codes to systems.
De-provision access for exiting personnel.
Create badges for personnel.
Perform minor troubleshooting of equipment.
Master day-to-day tasks and gradually take on more reporting and system responsibilities.
 
Primary Skills:
Ability to work independently.
Fluency in navigating various systems.
Excellent customer service skills.
 
Secondary Skills:
Experience with spreadsheets and data analysis.
Familiarity with remote work.
Basic troubleshooting skills.
Experience with ServiceNow for ticketing and VNDLY for printing.
Ability to be self-motivated and trustworthy.
Good customer service skills.
