Job Overview/Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and patient-focused Associate Dentist – Generalist to provide comprehensive dental care in a dynamic and growth-oriented practice. The ideal candidate combines strong clinical expertise with leadership abilities and business acumen to contribute to both exceptional patient outcomes and overall practice success.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality dental care, including diagnostic, restorative, preventive, and emergency treatments.

  • Develop comprehensive treatment plans and guide patients toward optimal oral health.

  • Clearly communicate diagnoses, treatment options, and procedures to patients.

  • Lead and collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

  • Oversee day-to-day practice operations while ensuring compliance with all health and safety protocols.

  • Manage patient flow to maintain efficiency and high levels of patient satisfaction.

  • Stay current with evolving dental technologies and treatment techniques.

  • Contribute to the development and execution of business strategies to promote growth and profitability.

  • Foster a positive, supportive, and collaborative workplace culture.

Primary Skills:

  • General dentistry (diagnostic, restorative, preventive care)

  • Treatment planning and case presentation

Secondary Skills (Good to Have):

  • Invisalign certification

  • Experience in cosmetic dentistry

Qualifications:

  • Valid and current DDS or DMD license in the state of practice

  • Active DEA license

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in general dentistry, with emphasis on restorative and diagnostic care

  • Invisalign Certification or willingness to obtain certification

  • Strong clinical skills across a wide range of dental procedures

  • Proven leadership and interpersonal skills
