We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Analytical Science & Technology (AS&T) Manager to join our client's team. Our client is one of the leading companies in their industry, with operations across multiple states. The AS&T Manager will provide oversight for method transfers, qualifications, and validations at external QC laboratories, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and supporting method development projects.

Responsibilities:
Provide oversight for method transfers, qualifications, and validations at external QC laboratories.
Develop new methods using advanced technologies.
Author and support method qualifications, method validations, and method transfer protocols.
Trend assay validity independently and investigate and troubleshoot methods as issues arise.
Lead projects focused on method development or validation.
Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Provide oversight for method transfers, qualifications, and validations at external QC laboratories.
Develop new methods using advanced technologies.
Author and support method qualifications, method validations, and method transfer protocols.

Primary Skills:
Method validation experience with cell-based assays (flow cytometry preferred, as well as cell count and viability).
Experience with data trending, stability, and assay tracking/method validation.
Strong experience in technology transfer (tech transfer) or method transfer.
Proven communication experience within CDMO/CMO/CRO environments.
