Job Overview/Summary:
We are seeking an experienced AI & Data Manager to lead innovative projects within the pharmaceutical R&D regulatory domain. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in digital transformation, regulatory operations, and AI/ML technologies to support strategic initiatives across the life sciences industry.
Responsibilities:

Lead and manage complex client engagements in the pharmaceutical regulatory space.

Drive digital transformation initiatives, introducing GenAI, AI/ML, and automation.

Support implementation of systems such as Veeva RIM or QMS.

Lead client workshops and deliver strategic recommendations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams in different geographical locations.

Contribute to sales pursuits and proposal development.
Primary Skills:

Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulatory processes and digital innovation.

Expertise in regulatory content/intelligence and data-driven solutions.

Experience with Veeva systems, data products, and advanced architectures like Data Mesh/Data Fabric.

Familiarity with GenAI and multimodal data management.
Secondary Skills (Good to Have):

Knowledge of submissions management, labeling, CMC change control, and LCM.

Advanced presentation and communication skills for client-facing interactions.

Proven ability to contribute to proposal development and sales strategy.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree (advanced degree preferred).

6+ years of relevant professional experience.

4+ years in pharmaceutical R&D regulatory with digital/AI focus.

1+ years of experience managing distributed teams.

Willingness to travel up to 50%.
