Job Overview/Summary:
This is a full-time on-site role for an Ultrasound Sonographer located in Tulsa, OK. The Ultrasound Sonographer will be responsible for performing high-quality echocardiograms and vascular ultrasounds to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular conditions. This includes transthoracic and Doppler echocardiograms, as well as arterial and venous ultrasounds. You will operate state-of-the-art ultrasound equipment in a fast-paced, collaborative environment to deliver critical diagnostic information.
Responsibilities:
Perform echocardiograms and vascular ultrasound procedures (transthoracic, Doppler, arterial, venous)
Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to interpret results
Ensure high-quality patient care and maintain accurate patient records
Adhere to safety and infection control standards
Primary Skills:
Echocardiography
Vascular ultrasound (RVT)
ARDMS or ARRT certification
Secondary Skills (Good to Have):
Experience in cardiovascular or peripheral interventions
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Qualifications:
Medicine and Radiology experience
ARDMS or ARRT certification required
RVT credential preferred
Excellent communication and patient care skills
Team-oriented mindset
