Job Title: Temenos Journey Manager

Job Overview/Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Temenos Journey Manager to design, develop, and optimize digital banking solutions using Temenos Journey Manager (TJM). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with Journey Manager, Journey Exchange, and Journey Analytics while integrating with external systems via SOAP and REST APIs. This role involves enhancing customer journeys, ensuring system scalability, and integrating third-party solutions to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop software solutions using Temenos Journey Manager Platform.
  • Modify existing product journeys and integrate with external systems via SOAP and REST APIs.
  • Develop A/B Testing scenarios to enhance customer journeys and optimize user experience.
  • Ensure scalability, security, usability, and maintainability of solutions.
  • Implement Exchange Packages to facilitate integrations between form transactions and back-end business processes.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvements within existing systems.
  • Assess potential risks in proposed solutions and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and technology advancements in Temenos and banking solutions.

Primary Skills:

  • Experience with Temenos Journey Manager, Journey Exchange, and Journey Analytics.
  • Strong Front-end and Back-end Development experience.
  • Proficiency in React, JavaScript, Core Java, J2EE, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot Applications.
  • Experience working with core banking and payment systems.
  • 10+ years of software development experience.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML and modern web frameworks.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Secondary Skills (Good to Have):

  • Experience with Temenos Lifecycle Management Suite, MuleSoft, and/or T24 Transact.
  • Knowledge of banking regulatory requirements and compliance standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
