Job Overview/Summary:
Pulivarthi Group is seeking an experienced ServiceNow SAM Consultant to lead the implementation and management of Software Asset Management (SAM) processes. This role demands hands-on expertise with ServiceNow and a deep understanding of ITAM, CMDB, and software license management.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage SAM processes using ServiceNow.
  • Conduct software normalization and track usage effectively.
  • Understand and manage licenses, entitlements, and compliance reporting.
  • Oversee software reclamations, monitor renewals, and provide detailed dashboard reporting.
  • Design and develop workflows utilizing ServiceNow Flow Designer.
  • Build catalog items and support workflows for automation.
  • Perform impact analysis and ensure quality control for deployments.
  • Integrate data sources and optimize IRE and CMDB 360 capabilities.
  • Leverage discovery patterns and best practices to enhance reporting accuracy.
  • Govern the environment using Workspaces and Cloud Discovery tools.

Primary Skills:

  • ITAM, CMDB, and Asset Management expertise.
  • Workflow design and implementation using ServiceNow Flow Designer.
  • Strong data analytics and dashboarding capabilities.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell, Python, and Integration Hub.
  • Experience with discovery schedule management and cloud resource reporting.

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience in ServiceNow SAM, ITAM, or related fields.
  • ServiceNow SAM Pro certification.
  • Expertise in software normalization, license management, and compliance.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of ITAM, CMDB, and Asset Management concepts.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
