Job Overview/Summary:
We are seeking a skilled ServiceMax Developer with a strong Salesforce development background to support the design, development, and implementation of ServiceMax solutions. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in Salesforce development, including expertise in declarative and programmatic features, Lightning, and integration with ServiceMax. This role requires proficiency in development tools such as Salesforce DX, Git, Jira, and Jenkins, along with experience in deploying managed packages within Salesforce.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and customize ServiceMax solutions on the Salesforce platform.
  • Implement declarative and programmatic Salesforce features, ensuring scalability and best practices.
  • Develop and configure Salesforce Lightning components to enhance UI/UX.
  • Utilize Salesforce DX, Change Sets, and other deployment tools for efficient release management.
  • Work with Git, Jira, and Jenkins to maintain code versioning, issue tracking, and CI/CD automation.
  • Integrate ServiceMax with other enterprise applications as needed.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize ServiceMax managed package implementations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and implement solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce and ServiceMax updates, best practices, and industry trends.

Primary Skills:

  • 5-10 years of experience in Salesforce development.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce declarative and programmatic development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components).
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce DX, Change Sets, Git, Jira, and Jenkins.

Secondary Skills (Good to Have):

  • Experience working with the ServiceMax managed package.
  • Knowledge of Field Service Management (FSM) processes.
  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills in a Salesforce environment.

Certifications (Must Have):

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I
  • Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201)
  • ServiceMax 101 (Good to Have)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Salesforce and ServiceMax development and customization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
