Job Overview/Summary:
We are seeking a Senior SailPoint Engineer to join our team and play a key role in identity and access management (IAM) initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ, automation, secure coding practices, and cloud-based IAM solutions. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities for automation and evaluate new IAM tools to enhance efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and team members.
- Provide regular project updates to management and ensure timely delivery of IAM solutions.
- Support the rollout and onboarding of new applications within the IAM framework.
- Ensure the overall delivery of software components that meet functional and security requirements.
- Automate component and integration tests for IAM solutions.
- Collaborate with tech leads to ensure seamless end-to-end IAM design and implementation.
- Apply secure coding practices to IAM-related software development.
- Explore and integrate open-source technologies/frameworks to enhance IAM capabilities.
- Troubleshoot IAM-related incidents and provide effective resolutions.
- Support change and incident management processes within IAM operations.
Primary Skills:
- 2+ years of experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Experience in IAM operations, user provisioning, and access certification processes.
- Strong understanding of Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC).
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting IAM-related end-user access issues.
- Knowledge of secure coding practices and identity governance frameworks.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement IAM solutions.
Secondary Skills (Good to Have):
- 4+ years of experience supporting Java and SailPoint applications.
- 1+ years of experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- 2+ years of experience with Cyber Security and IAM domain.
- ITIL Certification.
- AWS Certification.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification (required).
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
