Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain system documentation and architecture diagrams for assigned processes (both new and existing).
Collaborate with end users to conduct gap analysis, gather and document functional requirements, and develop necessary processes.
Assist in project and time management, including providing estimates and status reporting.
Plan, organize, review, and implement project milestones to completion effectively.
Develop processes, automation, and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) solutions.
