Job Overview/Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Healthcare Licensed Architect to join our team. In this role, you will work on healthcare-focused architectural projects, preparing and revising architectural documents and integrating sustainable design solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in architecture, excellent Revit skills, and a passion for delivering quality projects that meet and exceed client expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and revise architectural documents, including elevations, sections, and details, using Building Information Modeling (BIM).
- Incorporate Integrated Sustainable Design solutions into projects.
- Assist in outlining project scope, plans, and services throughout the contract process.
- Translate planning concepts into clear terms for clients, designers, and project team members.
- Develop a thorough understanding of clients' program requirements, as well as standards and policies for project completion.
- Create 2D and 3D presentation/design drawings to support project development.
- Conduct product research and assist Project Designers and Project Architects in selecting materials and researching systems.
- Operate with minimal supervision while benefiting from excellent mentorship.
Primary Skills:
- Proficiency in Revit is essential.
- Strong planning and organizational abilities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
Secondary Skills (Good to Have):
- Experience integrating sustainable design solutions into architectural projects.
- Positive attitude and commitment to quality workmanship.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- 10+ years of architectural experience, preferably with a focus on healthcare projects.
- Licensed Architect preferred.
