Job Title: Senior Change Enablement Analyst

Job Overview/Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Change Enablement Analyst to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Manager of Change Enablement, you will work closely with the Connected Shop Floor team and other Supply Chain groups to drive successful implementation of change strategies. This role involves significant cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and up to 75% travel to sites across the US.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and monitor key change projects to ensure successful implementation.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure alignment and coordination of change efforts across the organization.
  • Develop and implement communication strategies to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the change process.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure their involvement and support for change initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation to enhance change management capabilities.

Primary Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

Secondary Skills (Good to Have):

  • Familiarity with change management frameworks and methodologies.
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing or supply chain operations.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% to sites across the United States.
