Job Overview/Summary:
Pulivarthi Group is seeking an experienced SAP QM Analyst to join Thinking Minds' client team as a Principal SAP QM Business Analyst. This role will lead quality management initiatives within the SAP S/4HANA environment to optimize manufacturing and quality operations. Key activities include streamlining production planning, inspection processes, quality release, and integration with third-party systems.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the SAP S/4HANA QM lead, aligning quality operations with industry best practices.
- Develop and manage IT reporting capabilities for quality metrics and KPIs.
- Configure, design, build, and deploy SAP QM solutions that meet business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document technical specifications and integrate solutions.
- Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements proactively.
- Facilitate workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Lead testing activities, including unit, integration, and regression testing.
- Provide end-user support through training and troubleshooting.
- Ensure compliance with Life Sciences regulations, including GXP, GAMP, and SOX standards.
- Stay informed about emerging SAP technologies and evaluate their strategic business impact.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience as an SAP Business Analyst with expertise in S/4HANA QM modules.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP Quality Management, transportation processes, and integration with third-party systems.
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA Cloud 2022+ and FIORI applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in process modeling and iterative development practices.
- Knowledge of Life Sciences industry standards and regulatory requirements.
