Job Title: SAP EHANA Lead

Job Overview/Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP EHANA Lead to drive development, optimization, and performance tuning of SAP HANA-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have 12-15 years of IT experience, including 12+ years of hands-on expertise in Native HANA development. This role involves working on data modeling, security, real-time reporting, and performance enhancements while adhering to best practices in data architecture and governance.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize Native HANA objects, including graphical and scripted calculation views, table functions, stored procedures, and CDS views.
  • Implement SQL scripting, PL/SQL, stored procedures, and table design in HANA.
  • Design and deploy real-time reporting solutions with scalable approaches for handling terabytes of data.
  • Monitor, analyze, and enhance HANA performance while addressing bottlenecks.
  • Implement SAP HANA security models, including analytic privileges, SQL privileges, roles, and schemas.
  • Prepare design and technical documentation adhering to best practices.
  • Evaluate the impact of table joins, aggregations, and filters on reporting performance.
  • Develop and enforce best practices for HANA-based application development.
  • Support decision automation using business rules.
  • Ensure integration with SAP Finance and Supply Chain modules.
  • Provide client management and stakeholder engagement to align business and technical goals.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance team capabilities.

Primary Skills:

  • 12+ years of hands-on experience with Native HANA development.
  • Strong SQL scripting, PL/SQL, stored procedures, and table function expertise.
  • Experience in SAP HANA security implementation.
  • Performance tuning and troubleshooting experience in HANA.
  • Data modeling, governance, and architecture best practices.

Secondary Skills (Good to Have):

  • Experience in SAP ABAP.
  • Experience working with SAP Business Objects (BO) and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for reporting.
  • Exposure to SAP Finance and Supply Chain modules.

Qualifications:

  • 12-15 years of IT experience, with a focus on SAP HANA.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with large-scale enterprise clients.
  • Proven ability to mentor and lead teams.
