Job Overview/Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Enablement Manager to optimize and enhance our sales operations, training, and content management. This role is pivotal in enabling sales teams to effectively sell solutions rather than standalone products, leveraging tools, training, and strategic resources.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage sales enablement programs to enhance solution-selling capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.
- Create and maintain engaging sales training programs and materials.
- Manage and optimize CRM and sales enablement tools, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Seismic.
- Ensure consistent delivery of sales content, messaging, and tools to drive productivity.
- Analyze sales data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of enablement initiatives.
- Lead cross-departmental collaboration to identify areas for improvement in sales processes.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, sales techniques, and enablement technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, training, or sales operations, with a focus on solution selling in a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Deep understanding of the nuances of selling solutions versus products.
- Experience in supply chain or last-mile delivery is a plus.
- Proficiency with CRM and sales enablement tools, including Salesforce, HubSpot, or Seismic.
- Strong communication, project management, and prioritization skills.
- Strategic thinker with a proven ability to manage multiple projects.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and drive informed decisions.
- Availability to work full-time during standard Eastern Time Zone (ET) business hours.
