Primary Skills:
- Strong understanding of medical molding processes, particularly with silicone and thermoplastics.

Secondary Skills (Good to Have):
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance in the medical device industry (e.g., ISO 13485, FDA regulations).

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in medical molding or medical device manufacturing.
- Proven track record of managing projects from design to production.
