Job Overview/Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Argus Safety SME with expertise in Pharmacovigilance, Clinical Development, and Regulatory Compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Argus Safety and Argus J, with a focus on E2B functionalities. This role involves business process analysis, requirements gathering, functional design, system enhancements, and support for development and testing teams. The candidate should also have experience working with onsite-offshore teams and managing multiple projects effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer business processes and requirements, ensuring feasibility within Life Sciences functionalities.
- Provide expertise in Oracle Argus Safety and Argus J, with a special focus on E2B integration.
- Gather requirements, design functional solutions, and support development and testing teams.
- Implement best practices for Pharmacovigilance systems, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with offshore teams to ensure seamless interaction and project alignment.
- Handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and manage enhancements effectively.
- Conduct impact analysis for enhancements and change requests (CRs) before implementation.
- Provide support, maintenance, and development for Oracle Argus Safety solutions.
Primary Skills:
- 7-8 years of experience in the Life Sciences domain, with a focus on Clinical Development and Pharmacovigilance.
- Strong expertise in Oracle Argus Safety and Argus J, particularly in E2B functionalities.
- Hands-on experience with requirements gathering, functional analysis, and system design.
- Ability to analyze and implement enhancements without disrupting existing configurations.
- Experience working in onsite-offshore models with daily coordination.
Secondary Skills (Good to Have):
- Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance and GxP processes.
- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud implementations.
- Understanding of database structures and SQL for troubleshooting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution.
- At least 7 years of experience in Information Technology, with 5+ years in Argus Safety support, maintenance, and development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
