Job Title: OneTrust Consultant

Job Overview/Summary: We are seeking an experienced OneTrust Consultant to lead privacy automation and data governance initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing OneTrust Privacy Automation and OneTrust AI & Data Governance, with strong knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy regulations. This role requires expertise in data governance, data quality, and compliance standards to ensure successful implementation and optimization of OneTrust solutions.

Responsibilities: Implement OneTrust Privacy Automation across multiple projects. Lead and execute OneTrust AI & Data Governance product implementation in at least one project. Develop and enforce data governance frameworks, ensuring adherence to data quality and compliance standards. Provide expertise on global privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and related compliance requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate OneTrust solutions with existing business processes. Conduct assessments and provide recommendations for improving privacy and data governance policies. Monitor and maintain compliance programs, ensuring ongoing regulatory adherence.

Primary Skills: Proven experience in OneTrust Privacy Automation implementation. Hands-on experience implementing OneTrust AI & Data Governance in at least one project. Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks, data quality, and compliance standards. In-depth understanding of GDPR, CCPA, and other global privacy laws.

Secondary Skills (Good to Have): Experience working with privacy risk assessment tools and compliance frameworks. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Familiarity with Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA) and Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA). Knowledge of regulatory reporting and compliance audits.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven track record of successful OneTrust implementation projects. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
