Job Overview/Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Memory Controller Designer/RTL Engineer to join our team. This role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing RTL for memory controllers such as LPDDR4/LPDDR5. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in RTL design, a strong technical background, and the ability to deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement RTL for memory controllers, including LPDDR4 and LPDDR5.
  • Ensure RTL meets performance, power, and area (PPA) targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and verification.
  • Debug and optimize RTL to resolve design issues and improve efficiency.
  • Deliver high-quality, production-ready RTL on schedule.

Primary Skills:

  • Extensive expertise in RTL design.
  • Hands-on experience with memory controllers, specifically LPDDR4/LPDDR5.
  • Strong understanding of PPA trade-offs and optimization.

Secondary Skills (Good to Have):

  • Familiarity with advanced memory technologies and protocols.
  • Experience with simulation, synthesis, and verification tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5–15+ years of professional experience in RTL design and memory controllers.
