Job Overview/Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Memory Controller Designer/RTL Engineer to join our team. This role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing RTL for memory controllers such as LPDDR4/LPDDR5. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in RTL design, a strong technical background, and the ability to deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement RTL for memory controllers, including LPDDR4 and LPDDR5.
- Ensure RTL meets performance, power, and area (PPA) targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and verification.
- Debug and optimize RTL to resolve design issues and improve efficiency.
- Deliver high-quality, production-ready RTL on schedule.
Primary Skills:
- Extensive expertise in RTL design.
- Hands-on experience with memory controllers, specifically LPDDR4/LPDDR5.
- Strong understanding of PPA trade-offs and optimization.
Secondary Skills (Good to Have):
- Familiarity with advanced memory technologies and protocols.
- Experience with simulation, synthesis, and verification tools.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5–15+ years of professional experience in RTL design and memory controllers.
