Job Overview/Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Low Voltage Technician to perform cable installations, terminations, and other tasks associated with low-voltage systems. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Cat5 and Cat6 cable work, be familiar with new construction and data center environments, and possess the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, terminate, and test low-voltage cables, including Cat5 and Cat6.
  • Perform cable pulling and routing in commercial, new construction, and data center environments.
  • Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards during installation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve cabling issues effectively.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings as required.

Primary Skills:

  • Cable installation and termination.
  • Proficiency in Cat5 and Cat6 cable systems.
  • Experience in low-voltage systems and data center environments.

Secondary Skills (Good to Have):

  • Ability to work in new construction sites.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications:

  • Intermediate to expert-level experience in low-voltage cabling.
