Job Overview/Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Legion Cluster Lead to oversee and drive global Workforce Management (WFM) implementations using Legion. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in WFM, Kronos cloud deployments, and integrating scheduling and timekeeping systems with payroll solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage global deployments of Legion WFM solutions, ensuring seamless implementation.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of WFM processes, including pre-scheduling, scheduling, timekeeping, and payroll integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align deployment strategies with business objectives.
- Provide subject matter expertise on Legion and Kronos cloud solutions, ensuring best practices in configuration and optimization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system challenges during deployment and post-go-live support.
- Ensure compliance with workforce regulations and industry standards in WFM deployments.
- Train and mentor teams on Legion functionalities and best practices.
Primary Skills:
- Proven experience with at least one successful global Legion deployment.
- 10+ years of experience in global Kronos cloud deployments, with a minimum of three full deployments.
- 15+ years of expertise in end-to-end Workforce Management (WFM), covering pre-scheduling, scheduling, timekeeping, and payroll integrations.
- Deep understanding of WFM best practices, compliance standards, and system optimizations.
- Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams in a high-paced global environment.
Secondary Skills (Good to Have):
- Experience working in multi-region WFM implementations.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based WFM architectures and integrations.
- Familiarity with other WFM solutions apart from Legion and Kronos.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Legion and Kronos WFM solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
