Job Title: Icertis CLM Business Analyst

Job Overview/Summary: We are seeking an experienced Icertis CLM Business Analyst to lead the implementation and optimization of the Icertis Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract management processes, system configuration, and integration with enterprise applications.

Responsibilities:

• Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document contract management requirements.

  • Analyze existing processes and propose enhancements using Icertis CLM.

  • Translate business needs into functional specifications for system implementation.

• Icertis CLM Implementation & Configuration:

  • Configure workflows, templates, contract types, rules, and user roles within the Icertis CLM platform.

  • Work with technical teams to support system integrations with ERP, CRM, and other business applications.

  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in contract management.

• Testing & User Training:

  • Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect resolution.

  • Develop user guides, training materials, and conduct training sessions for business users.

• Support & Continuous Improvement:

  • Provide ongoing system support, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements.

  • Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and suggest process optimizations.

  • Stay updated with Icertis CLM enhancements and best practices to drive system efficiency.

Primary Skills:

• 3-7 years of experience in contract management, business analysis, or CLM implementations.

• Hands-on experience with Icertis CLM configuration and customization.

• Understanding of contract workflows, templates, approvals, and metadata management.

• Familiarity with the integration of CLM with ERP and CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze business processes and propose optimized solutions.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including stakeholder management, documentation, and training abilities.

Secondary Skills (Good to Have):

• Experience with other CLM platforms or contract management tools.

• Knowledge of legal and regulatory compliance related to contract management.

• Project management experience or certifications.

Qualifications:
