Job Overview/Summary:
We are seeking a skilled GEP (Procurement) Consultant to implement and configure GEP Smart solutions, optimize procurement processes, and integrate with ERP systems. The ideal candidate will have expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier management, contract lifecycle management, and procurement automation. This role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and experience with procurement software implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure GEP Smart solutions to align with client procurement and sourcing needs.
- Analyze current procurement processes and recommend best practices for optimization.
- Support strategic sourcing, supplier management, contract lifecycle management, and procurement automation.
- Integrate GEP Smart with ERP and other financial systems to ensure seamless data flow.
- Conduct client workshops, gather requirements, and translate them into functional system configurations.
- Provide training, user support, and documentation for GEP Smart users.
- Troubleshoot issues, perform system testing, and support go-live activities.
- Ensure compliance with procurement regulations and best practices.
Primary Skills:
- Experience in GEP Smart implementation or similar procurement software (e.g., Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer).
- Strong understanding of procurement, sourcing, supplier management, and contract lifecycle management.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, NetSuite, etc.) and data integration.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data analysis tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Secondary Skills (Good to Have):
- Experience working with global teams and managing multiple projects.
- Knowledge of procurement regulations and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Procurement, or IT (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience with procurement software implementation and configuration.
