Job Overview/Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Epicor Prophet 21 Developer with extensive experience in system configuration, data management, integration, and the P21 API. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in C# and .NET, as well as a high-level understanding of all Prophet 21 modules and EDI processes. This role requires close collaboration with various departments to ensure seamless integration and optimal utilization of the Prophet 21 platform.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and customize the Prophet 21 platform to meet business requirements.
- Manage and maintain data elements within Prophet 21, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Prophet 21 and other systems using the P21 API.
- Utilize C# and .NET to develop custom solutions and enhancements for Prophet 21.
- Provide expert-level support across all Prophet 21 modules.
- Oversee and manage Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) processes and integrations.
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to Prophet 21, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, customizations, and integrations.
- Provide training and support to end-users and technical staff on Prophet 21 functionalities and best practices.
Primary Skills:
- 5+ years of experience working with Epicor Prophet 21.
- Proficiency in C# and .NET for custom development.
- Strong understanding of Prophet 21 configuration, data elements, and integrations.
- Hands-on experience with the P21 API.
- High-level expertise in all Prophet 21 modules.
- Experience with EDI processes and integrations.
Secondary Skills (Good to Have):
- Experience with database management and SQL queries related to Prophet 21.
- Familiarity with Prophet 21 upgrades and system migrations.
- Knowledge of reporting tools and analytics within Prophet 21.
