Job Title: Agile Dojo Coach

Job Overview/Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Agile Dojo Coach to drive Agile transformation and maturity within teams. This role involves conducting hands-on Agile Dojo sessions, mentoring teams, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Agile methodologies and the ability to engage teams effectively in both in-person and virtual environments.

Responsibilities:

Facilitate Agile Dojo sessions to improve Agile adoption and team performance. Coach teams on Agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and other Agile best practices. Assess Agile maturity levels and provide actionable recommendations for improvement. Deliver real-time coaching, feedback, and facilitation to Agile teams. Work closely with stakeholders to drive Agile mindset and cultural transformation. Support Agile ceremonies, workshops, and training programs to enhance Agile proficiency. Promote continuous learning, Agile experimentation, and knowledge-sharing across teams.

Primary Skills:

Proven experience as an Agile Coach, preferably in an Agile Dojo environment. Strong expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, Nexus, etc.). Hands-on experience coaching Agile teams at different levels of Agile maturity. Excellent facilitation, mentoring, and leadership skills. Ability to drive Agile transformation in complex, cross-functional environments.

Secondary Skills (Good to Have):

Experience working in remote or hybrid Agile coaching environments. Knowledge of DevOps, Lean, Design Thinking, and Product Management principles. Agile certifications such as SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), ICAgile Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC), or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP).

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (preferred). 5+ years of Agile coaching experience, including Agile Dojo facilitation. Ability to work remotely and effectively engage virtual teams.
