Job Overview/Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Manager to lead and manage our organization's cybersecurity strategy, ensuring the protection of our technology infrastructure and data assets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT security, compliance, and team leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity policies and procedures to protect organizational assets.

• Lead and manage a technical team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective cybersecurity operations.

• Oversee the organization's technology infrastructure, including cloud services, networks, and SaaS applications, to ensure robust security measures are in place.

• Manage IT compliance and security best practices, focusing on customer privacy, governance, and risk management.

• Ensure the security and integrity of Windows OS, Azure, Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, MECM, and related technologies.

• Administer user identity management platforms, ensuring adherence to best practices.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver operational excellence in cybersecurity initiatives.

• Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies to proactively protect the organization.

Primary Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in leading and managing technical teams.

• Extensive knowledge of technology infrastructure and architecture, including cloud services, networks, and SaaS applications.

• Expertise in IT compliance, security best practices, customer privacy, governance, and risk management.

• In-depth understanding of Windows OS, Azure, Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, MECM, and related technologies.

• Proficiency in managing user identity management platforms and implementing best practices.

• Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering cybersecurity initiatives.

• Excellent leadership and self-starter qualities, with the ability to challenge the status quo and drive continuous improvement.

Secondary Skills (Good to Have):

• Experience with restaurant or retail brands.

• Experience in a multi-branded or franchised organization.

• Certifications such as CISA, ITIL Foundation, CCNA, PMP, or CSPO.

• Certifications in Microsoft technologies like MCSE or equivalent.

• Experience with Meraki network and Cisco Umbrella.

• Familiarity with Okta, BetterCloud, Automox, SentinelOne, Zscaler, and CyberArk.

• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to make formal technical presentations to various management levels.
