Job Overview/Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Community Clinic Pharmacist to provide high-quality pharmaceutical care in a clinical setting. The pharmacist will ensure safe and effective medication use, collaborate with healthcare providers, and support patient education while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:
- Interpret and follow physician instructions to ensure accurate medication therapy for patients.
- Oversee and verify prescription order entry, packaging, and dispensing processes.
- Provide drug utilization reviews and medication-related information to healthcare professionals, patients, and the public.
- Monitor patient medication therapy for safety, effectiveness, and adherence.
- Assist in the supervision, training, and evaluation of pharmacy technicians.
- Deliver clinical pharmacy services to support patient care and treatment outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and compliant pharmacy records and documentation.
- Adhere to all regulatory requirements, safety standards, and organizational policies.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BSPharm)
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant pharmacy experience
- Registered Pharmacist in North Carolina (or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire)
- Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification from American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider
- Strong communication and organizational skills
