Job Title: Clinical Trial Physician – Neuroscience

Job Overview/Summary:

Pulivarthi Group is seeking an experienced Clinical Trial Physician – Neuroscience to provide medical leadership and scientific oversight for clinical development programs within the neuroscience therapeutic area. The ideal candidate will possess deep clinical and research expertise, a strong understanding of clinical operations, and the ability to drive the execution of high-quality trials in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

Medical Monitoring

  • Serve as a key member of the Study Delivery Team (SDT) and Clinical Development Team (CDT).

  • Conduct medical data reviews, including eligibility assessments and ongoing trial data analysis.

  • Provide medical oversight and safety guidance throughout the study lifecycle.

  • Collaborate with Clinical Scientists to develop study protocols and manage inclusion/exclusion criteria and safety considerations.

  • Partner with Worldwide Patient Safety to assess serious adverse events and oversee the preparation of safety narratives.

  • Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and all relevant regulatory and ethical standards.

Clinical Development Expertise & Strategy

  • Design and develop strategic clinical plans and protocols in collaboration with the Clinical Development Lead.

  • Provide medical accountability and leadership across multiple studies.

  • Lead benefit-risk evaluations and ensure robust scientific rigor in study designs.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support study execution, including site activation, enrollment, and protocol adherence.

  • Build and maintain relationships with investigators and thought leaders to inform study design and scientific strategy.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the neuroscience field, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments.

  • Provide medical education and protocol-specific training for study teams and investigators.

Health Authority Interactions & Publications

  • Contribute to interactions with regulatory agencies and advisory boards as a clinical representative.

  • Author and review clinical sections for regulatory submissions, clinical study reports (CSRs), and briefing documents.

  • Support publication of study results and dissemination of key scientific findings.

Primary Skills:

  • Strong clinical background and understanding of neuroscience therapeutic areas.

  • Expertise in the design, implementation, and evaluation of clinical research studies.

  • In-depth understanding of the drug development process and regulatory requirements.

  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills.

  • Ability to translate scientific and clinical data into strategic decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Medical degree (MD or equivalent) required.

  • Subspecialty training in neuroscience or related therapeutic area preferred.

  • Minimum 3+ years of industry and/or clinical trial experience.

  • Demonstrated experience managing clinical studies in a cross-functional, matrixed environment.
