Job Overview/Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Clinical Team Lead to manage and mentor a team of clinicians. The role involves overseeing productivity, quality, documentation, and operational performance while providing coaching and support. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical expertise, supervisory experience, and the ability to lead staff in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct supervision, coaching, and feedback to clinicians regarding productivity, quality, documentation, and clinical practices

  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and performance evaluations

  • Manage complex inquiries, reconcile procedural issues, and educate providers and clients

  • Conduct weekly telephone monitoring to ensure adherence to quality standards

  • Oversee operational metrics including call monitoring, queue management, productivity, and documentation

  • Monitor day-to-day department activities including provider requests, service requests, and staff scheduling

  • Deliver training sessions for staff on new services, programs, and accounts

  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and perform other duties as assigned

Primary Skills:

  • Clinical leadership and staff supervision

  • Productivity and quality management

  • Performance coaching and training delivery

  • Strong communication and client service skills

Secondary Skills (Good to Have):

  • Call center operations experience

  • Experience implementing new clinical services and programs

  • Conflict resolution and problem-solving

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree (MA, MSW) in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Nursing (RN) required

  • Independent clinical license required

  • Previous supervisory experience including interviewing, training, goal setting, and performance improvement

  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve staff and client issues

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service

  • Ability to multi-task and remain professional in a fast-paced environment

  • Call center experience preferred

  • Availability to work Monday–Friday, 11:30am–8:00pm
