Job Overview/Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Support Worker Coordinator to oversee and support the efficient delivery of healthcare support services within the Community Intermediate Care Service. This role requires strong organizational and leadership skills, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and staff coordination across diverse locations.
Responsibilities:

Coordinate the delivery of care provided by Health Care Support Workers.

Provide day-to-day support, guidance, and supervision to Health Care Support Workers.

Act as a primary contact for operational and administrative matters concerning support staff.

Ensure efficient service delivery across multiple locations within the district-wide Community Intermediate Care Service.

Work flexibly to support varied shift patterns, weekends, and public holidays.

Carry out care and clinical duties under indirect supervision of a Registered Professional.

Deliver patient care independently while adhering to established procedures and clinical supervision policies.
Primary Skills:

Strong leadership and coordination abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.

Competence in supervising healthcare support staff.
Secondary Skills (Good to Have):
