Job Overview/Summary:
The Clinical Quality Specialist will support the internal review and classification of incident reports, ensuring accurate documentation, timely escalation of critical incidents, and communication to relevant collaborators. This role plays a key part in maintaining a high standard of clinical quality and safety.
Responsibilities:

Review and classify internal incident reports through the internal ticketing system

Ensure accurate data entry reflecting all included information in the incident report

Escalate critical incidents to appropriate collaborators based on defined criteria

Verify notification and response to critical incidents were properly executed

Develop data reports and visual analytics to support risk reduction decisions

Present findings to the Director of Clinical Quality

Support internal communications regarding incident reporting processes

Provide weekly status updates on task completion and efficiency barriers

Assist with Clinical Quality administrative tasks

Report any violations of company policies or code of conduct
Primary Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Suite

Proficiency in G Suite, especially Google Sheets

Effective time management and multi-tasking abilities

Ability to follow written instructions and use software tools

Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Secondary Skills (Good to Have):

Familiarity with clinical or healthcare administrative tasks

Comfort working with data and generating basic analytics or visualizations

Basic knowledge of incident management or quality assurance practices
Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Actively pursuing a degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field

1+ year of general work experience
