Job Overview/Summary:

Pulivarthi Group is seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Clinical Pharmacist to support the evaluation and improvement of AI-driven healthcare models. In this role, you will leverage your clinical expertise to create complex healthcare scenarios, assess AI-generated responses for accuracy and clinical validity, and contribute to enhancing the reliability of AI-powered healthcare solutions. This position offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to work on selected projects while ensuring high-quality medical content and insights.

Responsibilities:

Provide AI chatbots with diverse and complex healthcare-related clinical problems and scenarios.

Evaluate AI-generated outputs for logical reasoning, clinical accuracy, and overall performance.

Identify inaccuracies or inconsistencies in AI responses and provide expert feedback.

Ensure medical accuracy and high-quality standards in AI model responses.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve healthcare AI model performance.

Primary Skills:

Clinical Pharmacy expertise

Medication therapy management

Clinical decision-making and analysis

Strong attention to detail and critical thinking

Healthcare content evaluation and quality assurance

Secondary Skills (Good to Have):

Experience with healthcare technology or AI evaluation

Research and clinical documentation skills

Knowledge of clinical guidelines and evidence-based practice

Experience working with interdisciplinary healthcare teams

Qualifications:

Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).

A current or in-progress medical or healthcare-related degree.

Current license to practice as a Pharmacist in New York State required; additional specialized certifications may be required.

1–3 years of relevant technical or clinical experience required.

Critical Care Pharmacy Residency and/or Board Certification preferred.
