Job Title: Clinical Nurse Liaison

Job Overview/Summary:

We are seeking a Clinical Nurse Liaison (RN/LPN) to serve as the key link between our pharmacy operations and long-term care/assisted living facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, ensuring smooth onboarding of new facilities, supporting staff training, troubleshooting service issues, and promoting compliance to achieve high-quality patient care and 100% customer retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call and visit current customers to maintain positive relationships and serve as their primary pharmacy liaison.

  • Perform monthly visits to assigned facilities as required by regulations and organizational policies.

  • Ensure seamless onboarding and servicing of new facilities by overseeing quality assurance during start-up.

  • Train facility staff during onboarding and provide ongoing consulting services for compliance.

  • Coordinate and administer vaccine clinics in partnership with facilities.

  • Deliver in-service training to facility staff as needed.

  • Support medication passes (Med Passes) as requested.

  • Provide E-Mar support and customer training to ensure effective interfacing with pharmacy systems.

  • Act as point of escalation for customer service issues, resolving them proactively in collaboration with pharmacy operations.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

Primary Requirements:

  • Active RN or LPN license.

  • Experience in Assisted Living or long-term care settings.

  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in electronic medication records (E-Mar).

  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer service issues effectively.

  • Excellent communication, training, and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and compliance focus.

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience conducting staff training, vaccine clinics, or consulting services in healthcare facilities.

  • Previous liaison role between clinical staff and pharmacy services.
