Job Overview/Summary:
We are seeking a Clinical Care Partner to provide patient-centered care support in a healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will have relevant clinical experience, demonstrate compassion, and be committed to delivering excellent care.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities will be customized based on facility and patient needs (can be expanded upon request).
Primary Skills:

Clinical support in acute care or medical office setting

Patient monitoring and assistance

Documentation using basic computer skills

Strong communication and teamwork skills
Secondary Skills (Good to Have):

Familiarity with EHR systems

CPR/BLS Certification

Experience with diverse patient populations
Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or GED, required.
Experience:
-
Two years of Acute experience for CNA 1, preferred.

One year of CNA2 or EMT experience, preferred.

One year of experience in a healthcare setting or enrollment in a Physician Assistant or medical school program (including gap year), preferred.
Licensure/Certification (any one of the following is required):

NA I in good standing within the NA registry

OR NA II in good standing with NA II certification

OR EMT with a current credential in the appropriate state

OR One year of clinical (medical) office experience

OR Physician Assistant or Medical School student enrolled in an accredited program or in a gap year
Additional Skills:

Ability to complete department-specific skills validation and competency testing

Basic computer skills for documentation
