Job Overview/Summary:
As a CRNA, you will provide essential anesthesia care for patients undergoing a wide variety of surgical procedures. This role involves working in a collaborative environment to ensure high-quality patient care throughout the anesthesia process.
Responsibilities:

Administer anesthesia for a diverse case mix, including general surgery, orthopedics, and other specialties

Conduct comprehensive preoperative assessments and develop individualized anesthesia plans

Provide anesthesia through various techniques, including general, regional (spinals, arterials), and monitored anesthesia care

Continuously monitor patient vitals and respond to any intraoperative complications

Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare team members

Assist in patient education and discharge planning
Primary Skills:

Proficient in administering general, regional, and anesthesia

Strong clinical assessment and decision-making abilities

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a care team
Secondary Skills (Good to Have):

Familiarity with a wide range of surgical procedures

Experience in a high-volume or trauma setting

Effective communication and interpersonal skills
