Job Overview/Summary:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Caspio Developer with expertise in low-code/no-code development, API integrations, and workflow automation. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build innovative solutions that streamline operations and enhance business processes for our healthcare clients. The role involves developing custom applications, automating workflows, integrating systems, and optimizing data management using Caspio.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain low-code/no-code applications using Caspio for workflow automation and process improvement.
  • Design and implement API integrations to enable seamless data flow between various systems and third-party software.
  • Work with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using the Caspio platform.
  • Build and optimize SQL queries for database management and performance improvements.
  • Create and manage custom workflows to automate business processes and increase operational efficiency.
  • Use HTML, CSS, and Figma to ensure user interfaces are intuitive, responsive, and meet client specifications.
  • Collaborate with healthcare clients to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations (HIPAA, etc.).
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for existing applications, optimizing performance and addressing user feedback.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and maintain proper documentation for all projects.

Primary Skills:

  • Proven experience developing applications using Caspio (required).
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, API integrations, HTML, CSS, and Figma.
  • Experience building workflow automation solutions using API integrations with third-party software.
  • Ability to design and implement complex data structures and workflow solutions.

Secondary Skills (Good to Have):

  • Familiarity with healthcare processes, workflows, and data management (highly preferred).
  • Understanding of HIPAA compliance and security requirements in the healthcare sector.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients, business analysts, and development teams.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience developing and deploying applications using low-code/no-code platforms like Caspio.
  • Prior experience in the healthcare industry is a plus but not required.
