Job Overview/Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Camunda Lead Developer to join our progressive information technology team. This role requires expertise in BPM (Camunda), React JS, Drools, Java, and AWS to develop and optimize high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business partners, IT teams, and offshore teams to drive technical discussions, ensure high application availability, and deliver cutting-edge solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business partners, IT managers, and technical teams to ensure high availability and performance of applications.
  • Lead the analysis, design, development, and testing of innovative BPM solutions.
  • Gather requirements, estimate tasks, and plan project timelines effectively.
  • Coordinate with offshore teams and facilitate seamless communication.
  • Lead technical discussions with customers and collaborate with onshore and offshore business analysts.
  • Develop and maintain application logic using Camunda BPM, React JS, Java, and AWS technologies.
  • Implement Drools or equivalent rules engines for business process automation.
  • Build scalable Spring Boot applications with Microservices architecture.
  • Work with relational databases like Oracle and develop proficient SQL queries.
  • Utilize AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, ECS/EKS, and Terraform for cloud-native application development.

Primary Skills:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Camunda BPM.
  • Experience in React JS or equivalent JavaScript frameworks (Angular, Vue.js).
  • Strong Java development experience, particularly with Spring Boot applications.
  • Expertise in Drools or other business rules management systems.
  • AWS experience, including Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, ECS/EKS, and Terraform.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases such as Oracle.
  • Deep understanding of Microservices Architecture and RESTful API development.

Secondary Skills (Good to Have):

  • Experience in CI/CD pipeline development and support.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools and cloud automation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in full-stack application development, including BPM tools like Camunda.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate with global teams.
