Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to lead our sales efforts in the USA market. In this remote role, you will use cold calling and client engagement to build a strong pipeline. Because this position directly impacts our growth, excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls to potential clients in the USA market, generating leads and building a robust sales pipeline.
- Identify new business opportunities within IT, Healthcare, Dental, BPO, or Staffing industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to develop effective strategies for client acquisition.
- Keep accurate CRM records of interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress.
- Stay informed about industry trends to identify opportunities and refine sales strategies.
Essential Skills:
- 1–3 years of business development or sales experience.
- Proven expertise in cold calling and lead generation, preferably within the USA market.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear, neutral accent.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of independent remote work.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software.
- Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet workspace.
- Ability to work flexible hours aligned with USA time zones.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in BPO or staffing industries.
- Understanding of USA market dynamics and client expectations.
