Job Overview/Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to develop, implement, and oversee Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs. The ideal candidate will be passionate about improving client outcomes, skilled in supervision and training, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of ethical care.

Responsibilities:

Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.

Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and provide ongoing training and support.

Conduct behavioral assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.

Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.

Maintain compliance with ethical, professional, and regulatory standards.

Primary Skills:

Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) program development and implementation

Staff supervision and training (RBTs)

Behavioral assessments and data-driven decision-making

Strong leadership and team management

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Secondary Skills (Good to Have):

Experience working with diverse populations and age groups

Knowledge of insurance and documentation requirements

Crisis management and problem-solving skills

Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems

Qualifications:

Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field

Proven experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs

Strong organizational and leadership abilities
