Job Overview/Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting behavioral assessments, developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, and overseeing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs. This role also includes supervising staff, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and supporting caregivers to ensure effective behavioral interventions and positive outcomes for clients.

Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and functional behavior assessments (FBAs)

Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans

Supervise and monitor ABA programs and therapy sessions

Provide supervision and guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and support staff

Train and support caregivers to ensure consistent implementation of behavior strategies

Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed

Collaborate with a team of experienced BCBAs and multidisciplinary professionals

Maintain accurate documentation and comply with clinical and regulatory standards

Primary Skills:
Behavior assessments and intervention planning

Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) program management

Supervision of RBTs and therapy staff

Data collection and analysis for treatment progress

Strong clinical decision-making skills

Secondary Skills (Good to Have):
Caregiver and family training

Cultural responsiveness and inclusive care practices

Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams

Strong communication and leadership abilities

Qualifications:
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required)

Experience supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) or behavioral technicians

Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
