Job Overview/Summary:
We are seeking an Alumni Coordinator to strengthen relationships with facility alumni and their families. This role involves planning and implementing outreach strategies, developing alumni programs, managing data, and fostering connections within the alumni community. The Alumni Coordinator will work closely with the Clinical Director and/or Facility CEO to create events, maintain communication channels, and drive alumni referrals.
Responsibilities:
- Align the facility's alumni plan with corporate alumni strategy.
- Create a customer journey map to ensure a smooth transition to alumni status after treatment.
- Plan, coordinate, and promote alumni and community events, including reunions and social outings.
- Maintain and update an events calendar in collaboration with the VP of Digital Strategies.
- Collect and manage alumni data using tools like Salesforce, ensuring seamless alumni transition.
- Develop communication systems to engage with alumni through phone, text, email, and facility apps.
- Track outreach efforts and alumni engagement in Salesforce and analyze data for insights.
- Create and curate content for alumni networks, including celebrating milestones and identifying alumni advocates.
- Provide support for alumni social media and web content while collaborating with the digital team.
- Foster alumni and family referrals to increase admissions.
- Measure program effectiveness using surveys and incorporate feedback for improvement.
- Leverage Salesforce data to report on program outcomes and evaluate results.
- Conduct weekly alumni services orientation for discharging clients and daily rapport-building groups for new clients.
Primary Skills:
- Experience in the addiction or mental health treatment field (1+ years required).
- Strong organizational, communication, and event planning skills.
- Proficiency in using tools like Salesforce for data management and reporting.
Secondary Skills (Good to Have):
- Familiarity with social media and digital content creation.
- Experience developing and implementing community outreach programs.
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating program performance and survey data.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Behavioral Health, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and access to an insured automobile.
