Job Overview/Summary:
We are seeking an experienced AJO Admin (Adobe Journey Optimizer) with a strong background in production support and data management. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in troubleshooting data issues, performing root cause analysis (RCA), and supporting various aspects of AJO admin activities, ensuring platform stability and performance.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical and operational support for Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
- Troubleshoot data-related issues and perform root cause analysis to minimize downtime
- Manage SQL queries and ensure data accuracy and integrity for campaigns
- Handle AJO admin tasks such as user access management and resolving issues related to channels like Email, SMS, and Push notifications
- Monitor the platform daily and address issues within agreed service-level agreements (SLAs)
- Maintain documentation of data processes, configurations, and known issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve integration issues and ensure efficient platform operation
Primary Skills:
- 6+ years of experience in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
- 5+ years of experience in production support
- 5+ years of experience with SQL
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read personalization fields in communication templates
- Solid documentation skills for SOPs and issue tracking
Secondary Skills (Good to Have):
- Experience with Adobe Experience Platform RT-CDP
- Familiarity with Adobe Campaign
Qualifications:
- Experience in marketing automation platforms as a Data Engineer or similar role
- Ability to manage and support large-scale data operations
- Proven ability to maintain platform uptime and deliver efficient solutions
