Job Overview/Summary:
Pulivarthi Group is seeking an experienced AIOps Architect to lead the design and implementation of advanced AIOps solutions. This role involves developing scalable architectures, leveraging AI and machine learning to optimize IT operations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and security standards.
Responsibilities:
- Design and architect AIOps solutions using AI, machine learning, and data analytics to enhance IT operations.
- Develop architectural frameworks that align with organizational IT strategies and business goals.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the AIOps team for successful solution implementation.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on AIOps technologies, tools, and best practices.
- Collaborate with vendors and partners to evaluate and integrate third-party AIOps tools and technologies.
- Develop and maintain the AIOps architecture, including data pipelines, machine learning models, and automation workflows.
- Ensure the architecture is scalable, reliable, secure, and meets performance requirements.
- Design and implement data integration solutions to collect, preprocess, and store IT operations data.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity for effective AI and machine learning model training.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and security requirements.
- Implement security measures to protect sensitive data used in AI and machine learning models.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT operations, including 3+ years in an AIOps-related role.
- Proficiency in machine learning and data analysis techniques.
- Strong understanding of IT operations, including network, server, and application management.
- Experience designing scalable and secure architectures.
- Expertise in data integration and preprocessing for AI and machine learning.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with AIOps tools such as Moogsoft, Splunk, or Dynatrace.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Knowledge of ITIL and DevOps best practices.
