Job Overview/Summary:

We are seeking an AI Scientist specializing in Agentic AI to develop intelligent agents that perceive, reason, and act in dynamic environments. The ideal candidate will have expertise in machine learning, large language models (LLMs), reinforcement learning, and cognitive architectures. This role requires strong technical skills, innovative problem-solving abilities, and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities:

  • Research, design, and develop AI-driven intelligent agents that can autonomously perceive, learn, and act in complex environments.
  • Implement and optimize machine learning models, including LLMs, neural networks, reinforcement learning algorithms, and multi-modal AI systems (speech and vision).
  • Develop and enhance cognitive architectures for AI-driven decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Work with AI frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow to build scalable and efficient AI solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into production environments.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI research and contribute to the development of new methodologies.

Primary Skills:

  • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, large language models (LLMs), natural language processing (NLP), agentic AI frameworks, and cognitive architectures.
  • Hands-on experience with reinforcement learning and multi-modal AI, including speech and vision processing.
  • Proficiency in Python, C++, or Java for AI development.
  • Experience with AI frameworks and libraries such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a creative and critical thinking approach.

Secondary Skills (Good to Have):

  • Experience with distributed computing and cloud-based AI deployments.
  • Knowledge of robotics, autonomous systems, or AI for decision support.
  • Familiarity with ethical AI principles and bias mitigation in AI models.
  • Research experience with publications in AI conferences or journals.

Qualifications:

  • M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cognitive Science, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing AI-driven intelligent systems.
