Job Overview/Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and patient-focused Aesthetic Certified Medical Assistant to support clinical and administrative functions in a fast-paced aesthetic healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and exceptional patient experiences.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, including taking vital signs and assisting with or administering injections as required

Accurately document patient information, treatments, and care plans in Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems such as Aesthetic Pro

Utilize both desktop and mobile technology for efficient clinical documentation and communication

Deliver excellent customer service by engaging with patients, building rapport, and ensuring a positive experience

Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized clinical environment in compliance with healthcare standards

Support front and back-office operations, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and data entry

Uphold a high level of professionalism, accountability, and reliability in attendance and performance

Primary Skills:

Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification

Patient care and clinical support experience

Experience administering injections (preferred in aesthetic settings)

Proficiency in Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Customer service excellence

Secondary Skills (Good to Have):

Experience with Aesthetic Pro or similar aesthetic software

Knowledge of cosmetic/aesthetic procedures

Multitasking and time management skills

Basic administrative and front desk experience

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential required

Prior experience in a clinical or aesthetic healthcare setting preferred

Basic computer and mobile technology proficiency
